• The V2 of the popular Fujimarca MC709 Electric block ice machine is the newest model available today!
• The difference between the V2 and the standard green one is the speed. The V2 Fujimarca spins at almost twice the speed of the standard one, thus being able to create a very fine shaving at a much higher speed.
• This machine is normally used as an "upgrade" machine to the green version. Due to its higher spinning speed, it is more recommended for shave ice machine operators that has prior experience in operating Fujimarca machines.

• The machine does not sacrifice ice texture even though it spins at a higher rpm.
