DAMAGE & SHORTAGE CLAIMS:
Claims for damage in shipping must be reported within seven (7) business days following delivery, by the Purchasing Party.
Shortage claims or damages in shipping must be made via email at INFO@SHAVEICESUPPLIES.COM Or text us at 702-861-8967 within seven (7) business days after receipt of shipment, and failure to do so or to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all such warranties or guarantees by the Purchasing Party. After such acceptance, the Purchasing Party shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance. The Purchasing Party hereby agrees that seven (7) such business days is a reasonable amount of time for inspection and revocation.

Because flavors taste different from individuals and preferences vary, shaveicesupplies.com DOES NOT offer any Exchanges, Returns or Refunds on our concentrated flavorings. Because of this, we encourage you to purchase 4oz bottles to sample before making large volume purchases of any flavor unless you are familiar with the manufacturers' product(s). ALL Concentrated Flavoring sales are final. Unless the flavorings are :
1.) Faulty in taste
2.) Shipped in error
3.) Damaged upon arrival
All SUPPLIES AND ACCESSORIES (non-consumable item) that are returned are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. MACHINES (electric or manual) are 20% Restocking Fee. ****Shipping is Not Refundable.****
- DEADLINE FOR ALL RETURNS ARE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEM.
It is our , ShaveIceSupplies.com, HTK Hawaii, or its affiliates, discretion to decide whether to honor or deny the return shipment(s) partially or as whole if and when a shipment becomes damaged during transit or upon arrival to our facility, office, or warehouse.
Steps to Follow for Exchanges / Refunds
1. Contact us via phone or email at info@shaveicesupplies.com or complete the return sheet upon account log-in.
3. Notate your name and contact phone number.
3. Notate your invoice or order number for ease of tracking.
4. Notate the item(s) you wish to return to us so we can be on the look out for it. Keep in mind, if you are to send us an item that was not authorized to be return to us. We will not be responsible for the fee to re-ship it back to you or we may deny the claim as a whole. Please be as specific as possible on your returns.

6. Be sure to acquire a tracking number for your shipment back to us as a proof of your return. Your return shipment will not be considered valid unless it is confirmed to be "DELIVERED" at our office.
