Because flavors taste different from individual and preferences vary, shaveicesupplies.com does not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds on our concentrated flavorings. Because of this, we encourage you to purchase a small bottle to sample before making large volume purchases of any flavor unless you are familiar with the manufacturers product(s). ALL Concentrated Flavoring sales are final. Unless the flavorings are :
1.) Faulty in taste
2.) Shipped in error
3.) Damaged upon arrival
All SUPPLIES AND ACCESSORIES (non-consumable item) that are returned are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. MACHINES (electric or manual) are 20% Restocking Fee. ****Shipping is Not Refundable.****
- DEADLINE FOR ALL RETURNS ARE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEM.
- Supplies and Accessories Return Policy: It is the customer's responsibility to pack, insure and ship all product(s) that is being returned to us. Shaveicesupplies.com will not be responsible for all damages and losses that was suffered in transit. In the event, there are damages upon arrival, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their respective shipper. Shaveicesupplies.com will provide all the necessary documents and photos of such damage(s) upon request if available. Once the returned supply or accessories are in our possession, we will verify and check to ensure the correct items are returned in the condition it was sent out. After completion and removal of deductions (10% re-stocking fee, etc) from the total sales price. A credit will be issued accordingly. Shipping Promotion Discounts will be re-collected if Promotion Discounts was offered for the transaction.
- Example given: 2 case of Small Flower Cups : $600.00 ($300.00 each) total, FreeShip was used. Total shipping cost before FreeShip coupon was $50.00 FedEx Ground. 1 case of Small Flower cups was returned to us. $300.00 (cups) - $25.00 (half of shipping cost) - 10% restock fee ($30.00) = $245.00 credit back.
- Machine Return Policy: It is the customer's responsibility to pack, insure and ship all equipment(s) that is being returned to us. Shaveicesupplies.com will not be responsible for all damages and losses that was suffered in transit. In the event, there are damages upon arrival, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their respective shipper. Shaveicesupplies.com will provide all the necessary documents and photos of such damage(s) upon request if available. Once the equipment(s) is in our possession, we will verify and check to ensure the equipment functions correctly the same way it was shipped out. Shipping Promotion Discounts will be re-collected if Promotion Discounts was offered for the transaction of no more than $160.00 per machine. After completion and removal of deductions (20% re-stocking fee, etc) from the total sales price. A credit will be issued accordingly.
- Example given: Fujimarca 709SE $1200.00, shipping promotion honored during the transaction. Added deduction will be $160.00 2nd Day Air to the machine return*** ($1200 machine + 20% ($240.00) restock fee - $160.00 shipping fee = $800.00 credit back
It is our , ShaveIceSupplies.com, HTK Hawaii, or its affiliates, discretion to decide whether to honor or deny the return shipment(s) partially or as whole if and when a shipment becomes damaged during transit or upon arrival to our facility, office, or warehouse.
Steps to Follow for Exchanges / Refunds
1. Contact us via phone or email at info@shaveicesupplies.com or complete the return sheet upon account log-in.
3. Notate your name and contact phone number.
3. Notate your invoice or order number for ease of tracking.
4. Notate the item(s) you wish to return to us so we can be on the look out for it. Keep in mind, if you are to send us an item that was not authorized to be return to us. We will not be responsible for the fee to re-ship it back to you or we may deny the claim as a whole. Please be as specific as possible on your returns.
