All items on our website is stocked for immediate shipping. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are in stock. Although rare, there may be supply outages due to delays in shipment from our factory and suppliers. If one or more of our items happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately and promptly process your back ordered item once new inventory arrives. We do not charge our customer additional handling and shipping fees for back ordered items.
All orders placed before 12PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (Monday to Friday) will be shipped out on the same business day, if not the following business day. Excluding all weekends and holidays.
All orders placed that was in excess of $300.00 and qualify for FREE SHIP promotions, but failed to use the FREE SHIP coupon during check out and paid for shipping will get credited in full if you (customer) are to notify us via email or phone call (business hours only/voicemail) within 48 hours after order has been submitted. If you failed to notify us within this time-frame. Refunds will not be provided to you. You will be charged for the shipping fees as stated in this term.
We take great care in packing our items for shipment. Liquids and machines are carefully packed to ensure that nothing arrives damaged. In the event of a damaged product, please call us immediately so that we could file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please also send us pictures of the damaged product so that we could file the claim more efficiently. We will normally send you a replacement the same or next day with no additional charges.
Machine(s) shipping policy: All or most of our machine(s) are ship via FEDEX 2ND DAY AIR or INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY for faster shipping times as well as to minimize damages via AIR than GROUND Trucking.
Customers must open and visually check the machine(s) they received within 48 hours after signing for damages. If major damages other than minor nicks, dings or scratches that may be encountered during shipping are spotted, you need to report to us via phone (808-841-3888) or email (email@example.com) or fax (808-841-3533) within 48 hours. If you do not notify us (shaveicesupplies.com) within this given time frame, we will conclude the shipment as "received in good order." After the 48 hours has passed, no future claims for damages will be honored, except defective parts or machine(s) which is covered by the 1-year warranty. We, ShaveIcesupplies.com will not be held accountable or responsible to the fullest extent for all delays encountered that prevented you from reporting the damages within this time-frame once a proof of delivery has been confirmed, even if the shipment was not signed by you. It is your responsibility to have someone complete this task on your behalf if you are unable to do so for any reason.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or all orders placed by you as we deem necessary. Paid orders does not guarantee fulfillment. Full refunds will be provided to you. We currently offer shipping using Fedex and USPS.
Customers who pay for Fedex Air will receive their products delivered using Fedex Air only. Our cut-off time for EXPRESS shipments ends at 3:00PM PST. After 3:00PM PST. All EXPRESS shipments will be shipped the next business day.
All Air Shipments via FED-EX OVER NIGHT PRIORITY, FED-EX STANDARD OVERNIGHT, OR FED-EX 2ND DAY AIR is calculated Monday-Friday only, and does not include Saturday and Sundays. Unless you choose to pay for SATURDAY deliveries if the option is available.
e.g. FEDEX OVER NIGHT shipped on FRIDAY, will not be delivered until MONDAY. FEDEX 2ND DAY AIR shipped on THURSDAY, will not be delivered until the following MONDAY.
Customers who pay for FEDEX Ground or use FREE SHIPPING discounts may have their order shipped using FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority. We will choose the fastest option for you based on the weight and size of your order.
For Air Shipments, delivery time is usually within 2-3 business days.
For Ground shipments, it may take 5-10 business days. Excluding Saturday and Sunday.

- All shipment dates provided to you , Online, Email, or Phone is only estimated delivery dates. Although we try to be as accurate as we can from information gathered from our shipper (FEDEX or USPS.) This is not a 100 % GUARANTEED date of delivery. Certain factors such as weather, natural disasters and Out of Stocks may affect shipment delivery times. Please do not rely on this information alone when ordering your machine, flavors, or supplies.
- Damages must be reported within one week of receipt for supplies and flavors. If you failed to report to us via email, phone (phone calls made to our office with no voicemail after closing hours will not be considered a valid communication), or fax after the deadline. All claims will be denied. No refund will be provided.
- ALL MACHINE DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 (48 hours) BUSINESS DAYS after confirmation of delivery. Please send photos of damage content, which includes but not limited to all four sides of box, top of box, inner box, as well machine. You are allow 7 days to acquire such evidence to be submitted to us.
- Please HANG-ON TO ALL PACKAGING if you are to notice damages to your order, which includes but not limited to boxes, packaging materials, invoice, signs, etc that was included during delivery that may be served/used as a proof during the filing of all claims with the carrier. The carrier may request an inspection. In the event, you are unable to provide such evidence or packaging was disposed of before a claim can be filed. You may be liable for the damage if the carrier denys the claim(s), because of this.
Lost or Missing Packages:
All lost or missing packages that was not received by you within 2 weeks of your order with no status updates and a proof of non-delivery via tracking number will be refunded to you in full or we will re-ship your order out to you at your request.
All claims of lost or missing packages will be denied and no compensation will be provided IF a proof of tracking via shipping website shows "DELIVERED" and signed by you, family member, friends, neighbors or co-workers. Even for shipments not signed by anyone, but labeled as "DELIVERED." In this case, you will be provided a tracking number to validate this claim. It is your responsibility to insure someone is available to sign or receive your packages at the shipping address provided by you during check out and at the time of delivery.
Shipments that may be potentially stolen after being confirmed "DELIVERED." cannot be claimed through us, but with the shipping carrier that made the delivery. A proof of tracking will be provided if needed. We will not offer any compensation if the carrier denied such claims filed by you. In the event, the carrier requires us, the shipper, to file a claim on your behalf. We will do so as needed, and once the claim has been approved. We will refund or credit you the amount the carrier provides to us with a picture proof of such credit back to you. This amount may or may not reflect the same amount charge to your card by us at HTK
Hawaii for the original order. However, if the claim is denied. We will not be held accountable based on this term.
We, ShaveIceSupplies.com will only be responsible to ship your order(s) to the address provided. If the address we shipped to is incorrect, we will re-ship your order at our expense. At times we may ship it 2nd Day Air on a case by case basis for urgent orders that was not shipped to the correct address.
