We currently ship all of our products INTERNATIONAL via FEDEX OR USPS OR AIR CARGO, as long as any of these carriers listed are able to deliver in your area.

In the effort to prevent Credit Card and Identity Frauds. Credit card payments made online or submitted to us must ship to the billing address. No exceptions. Customer must also provide us a proof of the card in JPG, PDF, or GIF (front and back) and billing address with the toll-free number for your card issuer for verification on orders in excess of $500.00 USD.

If we are unable to verify and confirm the credit card with your issuer. All orders will cancel automatically.

Wire Transfers and Paypal (account must be paypal confirmed) payments does not need additional verification. Please advise us ahead of time if you do choose to use any of these method of payment so we can track it when received into our account. Make note of your ORDER/INVOICE NUMBER for ease of tracking during payment submission.

All shipping quotes or prices provided via email , phone, fax or any means of transmission does not include duties, taxes, or fees that has to be paid by you prior to the delivery of your order if such fees are applicable. This additional payment is not collected by us, nor do we have any knowledge of the amount due, but by the customs office in your country when your order is due for delivery. It is solely your responsibility to contact your local customs office for rates prior to submitting any order with us.

In the event, your order is returned to us at our warehouse for NONE PAYMENT of the customs fees. We will only refund/credit you the amount of the product

Cancellations can be made when your order is in PENDING or PROCESSING status. Once your order has left our warehouse and is in route to you with a proof of tracking via email, phone, or fax. We will conclude your order is complete, and cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you have the option to return the items back to us once received. Refer to our "RETURN POLICY" for more information. Shipping charges for all shipments are not refundable, whatsoever, on International Orders once it's been shipped. Items that was lost or damaged in transit and upon arrival will replaced by us at no charge to you. It is our discretion to use the shipping method of choice for all replacements, however, we may ship it priority on a case by case basis. Under certain circumstances, replacement items may take longer than average of 5-10 business days depending on product availability.

Please check all boxes and its content for the items ordered upon arrival. All International Orders received and signed for that was damage or had missing items upon arrival must report to us within 7 days after proof of delivery has been made. After 12am on the 7th day, all claims reported will be denied.

  3. Provide the exact shipping address you would like your items to be shipped to. Your billing address must match this address provided to us for us to continue processing your order.
  4. IMPORTANT: Provide to us the items that you would like to order in detail so we can generate a quote for you. e.g : 2 case Small Flower Cups , 5 Quarts (Strawberry, Banana) concentrates, and so forth. It would be used to calculate the weight and number of boxes.
