Swan Si-100 Electric Shave Ice Machine

The Swan Si-100 is one of the most popular shave ice machines on the market today next to the Fujimarca. The Swan is NSF approved, which means that it can be used for states that require the NSF(National Sanitation Foundation) seal of approval. The Si-100 is the older version of the Si-200, which is the newer updated model with other features. Customers usually prefer the Si-100 due to its rotating and removable ice guard because it is easier to set the block ice. Some customers prefer to remove the ice guard all together as opposed to the Si-200 which the guard is irremovable.
